Launch of New Brand Identity: Healthcare Staffing 

The Challenge

Next Move, Inc., a Kansas City-based travel nurse agency, had grown exponentially since 2020. So much so, in fact, that the organization had formed a holding company, Next Move Healthcare, and acquired Prime Surgical Associates, a KC-based surgical staffing solutions agency. Conway Marketing Group partnered with Next Move to level up their brand identity as a holding company, and establish Next Move Healthcare as a leading provider of clinical talent for healthcare employers nationwide.

What We Delivered

Conway Marketing Group led with the most pressing needs first: public relations and branding design. Our public relations manager built a Next Move Healthcare messaging toolkit, including press materials and executive talking points, from the ground up. This enabled Next Move’s leadership to communicate consistently about the brand in public-facing settings. From there, we conducted a comprehensive full-day executive media training for company spokespeople. 

After branding exercises and agreements about new design choices, we collaborated with the Next Move team on an announcement strategy that would generate excitement around the organization’s newly redesigned website and clearly tell the story of Next Move Healthcare and its wholly-owned subsidiaries.

The Results

Next Move Healthcare debuted to the world on March 2, 2023. The news was immediately received with interest by the local business media, and the announcement led to conversations with staffing industry trade media that opened up thought leadership opportunities for the Next Move executive team. The narrative created through our announcement strategy also ensured that all Next Move clients were kept well-informed about the company’s evolution, and transitioned smoothly.
