The Challenge
The Rome Group (TRG) approached Conway Marketing Group (CMG) with a unique challenge – revamping their newsletter to reflect its new brand identity. After conducting a discovery phase, it was determined that TRG’s newsletter was a pivotal marketing tool and that CMG could help facilitate the transition from MailChimp to HubSpot. The goal was to position TRG for growth and lead generation while ensuring current client information was accessible for immediate marketing initiatives and communications.
What We Delivered
The first step was to help TRG transition to HubSpot. Once this was completed, CMG was tasked with creating two email templates: a newsletter digest and a quarterly newsletter. For the quarterly newsletter, our team was responsible for developing a cadence for creating the newsletter. To accomplish this, topics provided by TRG were used while our experts created the content, ultimately resulting in a newsletter that aligned closely with TRG’s brand identity. When the content was finalized, our digital team used the template to lay out the newsletter, creating an eye-catching and informative piece that effectively communicated TRG’s message.
The Results
Thanks to our partnership, The Rome Group was able to seamlessly switch to HubSpot and take advantage of a cutting-edge email marketing tool. Our team crafted visually stunning newsletters that showcased TRG’s message in a clear and informative way.
