Presenting an Eye-Catching Virtual Sales Summit Experience

The Challenge

Cross Country Healthcare, a healthcare staffing and workforce solutions provider, faced the challenge of hosting a Live Virtual Sales Summit. The Summit was to be filmed live in Boca Raton, FL, with 3-5 hour sessions spread over three days. To ensure the success of the Summit, Conway Marketing Group was brought on board to provide presentation design and development services.

What We Delivered

Working collaboratively with the client, our team of experts took inspiration from Cross Country Healthcare’s values and culture to create a unique, visually striking presentation design that captured the essence of the Cross Country Healthcare brand. We provided a custom-branded PowerPoint deck that seamlessly integrated existing videos provided by the client.

Our deliverables included graphics to complement the theme and presentation support that included design and cleanup. We also provided music recommendations and embedded music into the PowerPoint deck to enhance the overall experience.

To ensure a seamless presentation experience, we recommended the Zoom platform, as well as providing a comprehensive template for the Run of Show. Throughout the project, we remained in close communication with the client, ensuring that the final output exceeded their expectations.

The Results

The Virtual Sales Summit garnered significant results, achieving high levels of engagement and a positive response from the sales team, which was impressive.
