Our client, an emerging SaaS company, sought to increase brand awareness in the health tech space. Their goals included being seen as a thought leader in the industry, with powerful insights on solutions to challenges commonly faced by industry professionals.

To execute their strategy, they needed a way to meaningfully interact with their target audience while at the same time providing them with easily accessible and valuable information. The information needed to be relevant and to emphasize the client’s ability to deliver cutting-edge digital tools and solutions to important industry challenges.

What We Delivered

Conway Marketing Group built a comprehensive strategy to position the client as a leading voice for digital transformation solutions. To create a meaningful narrative that would attract healthcare executives and other decision-makers in the industry, we:

  • Developed a survey of hospital and health system executives to discover insights on the use of online consumer health tools and services
  • Created a report based on survey findings which helped to pinpoint top consumer digital health trends as well as organizational challenges in implementing digital tools for consumers
  • Designed a web page for the client highlighting a summary of the report findings to attract interest from the client’s target audience
  • Used the full report itself as a way to generate email submissions for marketing purposes by positioning it on the web page as gated content

The Results

By using the report to showcase the client’s understanding of industry challenges and ability to offer solutions, CMG was able to attract new email contacts via the submission form on the website, connect with leads and position their leadership team as thought leaders within the industry.
